Description

RemX Staffing is looking for compassionate and patient Customer Service Representatives. Must be local to Kansas City, KS.

  • Title: Customer Service Rep
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Location: LOCAL REMOTE (MUST BE IN KANSAS CITY AREA)
  • Salary: English $17.00 an hour | Bilingual Spanish/English $18.00 an hour
  • Start Date: November
  • Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM Monday – Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
  • Training: Training is 2 weeks, Monday-Friday – 9am-5:30pm and then you’ll be taking phone calls!

Responsibilities

  • Assist callers with questions and navigations of health or meal benefits
  • Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company REQUIRED
  • GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
  • Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
  • Empathetic and detail oriented
