We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer who can help us continually elevate the expression of our brand and its value to our company. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our brand design team. As a talented designer, you’ll craft high-profile designs and create broad design systems, assets and guidelines. Your understanding of the needs of a large, global organization will help us scale work efficiently. As an expert in our brand, you’ll guide internal design teams and other colleagues to effectively use our brand to create value.

The Role:
You'll lead the creative development of high profile designs, ensuring our brand comes to life in a wide range of campaigns, communications, digital work, events, and other materials
You'll help us grow our brand by exploring new design solutions and evolving our guidelines and systems
You'll see brand design projects through the entire design process, from identifying needs and interpreting briefs through creative development and production
You'll be an expert in our guidelines and systems, often consulting with business partners and design colleagues
You'll work closely with— and often coach or train— other designers, to elevate the conceptual, technical and creative performance of the team and build a positive and inspiring studio environment
You'll leverage studio tools to track and report the status of work, organizing and maintaining files and internal systems and proactively staying ahead of any issues
You'll maintain relationships with marketing leaders and other stakeholders to better understand and respond to their needs
