PMO Analyst needed for a long-term
Contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in
REMOTE.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
The PMO Analyst will work closely with internal departments and management to collect, review, and analyze data. The role focuses on optimizing processes, developing business strategies, and providing real-time visibility into key performance metrics (KPIs). The analyst will prepare reports, create management dashboards, and use technical tools like Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow to drive data-driven decision-making.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of senior PMO experience.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- Background in Manufacturing or Cnstruction (No IT backgrounds).
- Experience with ServiceNow and Tableau.
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills preferred, such as VBA).
- Experience with Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on KPIs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop management dashboards and reports on KPIs and metrics.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to senior management.
- Offer real-time visibility into data for predictive forecasting and decision-making.
- Set up automatic alerts based on thresholds (e.g., highs, lows, predefined values).
- Conduct text analytics to extract trends and patterns from unstructured data.
- Ensure end-to-end transparency in processes and timelines using workbench tools.
- Analyze and design processes and systems for organizational efficiency.
- Assess current states and customer requirements to define future business solutions.
- Prepare presentations for Steering Committee and Executive Council.
- Communicate portfolio risks and resource utilization to Project Managers.
