Job Description:

We’re looking for a mission-driven National Sales Leader with a passion for serving the underserved and a proven track record of acquiring new patients and members, preferably in Medicare. We’re a fast-growing, innovative organization that’s helping primary care providers transition from Fee-for-Service into Value-based Care.

If you’re passionate about helping to transform healthcare, driven by a fast-pace, comfortable in ambiguity, and excited about bringing the healthcare focus back to the provider and patient relationship – this could be the role for you. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, this role will lead the Community Outreach teams across the organization to drive organic growth and clinic activation. 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive organic growth of new Medicare value-based care patients across the enterprise.

  • Drive engagement strategies to help patients access value-based care.

  • Build relationships for mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare partners, brokers, FMOs, and community partners.

  • Drive strategies that help clinics activate and optimize for growth.   

  • Manage a team of Community Outreach representatives, coaching, motivating and guiding them to reach and surpass their goals. 

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, Call Center, Operations and Clinic leadership to develop winning strategies. 

  • Support excellence in the patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on consumers in health care.

  • 5 years’ experience in Medicare sales preferred.

  • 5 years’ experience in value-based care sales preferred.  

  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding goals organically.

  • Strong track record of helping sales teams meet and exceed targets.

  • Strong track record of leading winning sales teams.

  • Exceptional EQ.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex information into plain language.

  • A self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
