We are seeking a driven Infrastructure Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with top GPU hardware vendors, ensuring a steady and reliable supply of high-performance GPUs to meet the needs of our global clientele.

About the Role: As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in establishing the infrastructure for our client’s cloud-based and bare-metal AI computing solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying and integrating leading GPU providers to ensure that our Aethir Atmosphere and Aethir Earth platforms have continuous access to the latest GPU technology. Through strategic collaboration and negotiation, you will secure competitive pricing and service level agreements (SLAs) that deliver value to both our client and its

users.

Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify top GPU suppliers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to establish alliances with premier GPU vendors.
  • Assess provider offerings to ensure alignment with our client’s technical and customer requirements.
  • Lead the creation, management, and ongoing evolution of the overall “Partner Program” for infrastructure providers.

Partner Onboarding & Management:

  • Design and execute streamlined onboarding processes for new GPU cloud provider partners.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with partners, securing favorable terms and pricing structures.
  • Proactively manage partner performance, monitor SLAs, and identify areas for improvement.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast GPU demand and ensure sufficient capacity from partners.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions to maintain uninterrupted service for our client’s customers.
  • Develop strategies for geographically distributed GPU deployments to ensure comprehensive global service coverage.

Technical Expertise & Market Awareness:

  • Stay abreast of advancements in GPU technology and hardware trends.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure compatibility between our client’s platform and partner-provided GPUs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep our client ahead in GPU resource acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in B2B technology partnership management, ideally within cloud computing or AI sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with major cloud service providers, hardware vendors, or data center operators.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to foresee and address supply chain challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure and developments in GPU technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a notable advantage.
  • Experience managing SLAs and service level expectations for cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with the global GPU market and leading cloud service providers.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing complex technical partnerships.
  • A passion for innovation and AI's transformative potential across industries.
