Job Title: Global Head of Operations - Internal and Supplier Assurance
Contract: Full-time, permanent position
Location: Remote – global with travel


In this newly created role, the Global Head of Operations (ISA Solutions) will play a key part in mobilising our internal departments to deploy a client centric solution across the globe. The position will be responsible for defining the competency and roles required to support the successful operational delivery of the ISA programs within our three key regions.

This position can be based remotely however, there will be the expectation of global travel at least once per quarter across our three regions. This will include travel across EMEA, AMAS and APAC.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Review existing ISA processes and procedures to achieve alignment across the globe.

  • Collaborate with the respective regions and departments to develop and deploy successful operational competencies.

  • Support with the efficient and effective service of global client contracts.

  • Develop key metrics to assess the performance of the business and identify client challenges.

  • Support with business forecast and strategic resource planning.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Extensive operational experience within a matrix organisation.

  • The ability to build solid and credible relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience in strategic resource planning.

  • Experience of working with multi-national/cultural teams across the globe.
