We are seeking a dedicated and innovative People Development Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the People Development (PD) area. As a key player in our Industry People Development team, you will:

  • Business Needs Assessment: Translate People Development needs gathered from industry leaders into actionable strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • LMS Management: Maintain, run, and develop the LMS (Learning Management System) while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Training Program Development: Design and implement both existing and new training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Training Networks: Establish and manage an internal network of trainers and select and cooperate regularly with external vendors.
  • Competence gap analysis. Be a part of Competency building project and use Data-driven Decisions to enhance learning solutions.
  • 70-20-10 Learning Model: Implement a balanced approach to formal, social, and on-the-job learning.
  • People & Culture Project Involvement: Active contribution to other People and Culture initiatives with People and Development expertise.
  • Onboarding: Develop and oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth new hire integration.

  • Experience and Skills:
    • A minimum of 3 years in the People Development area.
    • Experience with maintaining and developing LMS, preferably Cornerstone.
    • Strong ability to design and implement training programs.
    • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent English, both written and spoken.

  • Motivating salary 2000-2500 EUR (month/gross) * and benefits package (health insurance, sports, parking lot etc. ​​* Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
