Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior VP of Sales to spearhead our U.S. operations in a hybrid remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee a high-performing sales team, offering mentorship and direction to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue expansion.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture characterized by collaboration, excellence, and accountability within the sales division.
  • Enhance sales methodologies and processes to optimize productivity and success.
  • Assume complete P&L accountability for the international sales division, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets and business plans, coupled with financial forecasts to track and achieve profitability.
  • Track key performance metrics and initiate corrective measures when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to synchronize sales initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key global stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Stay informed on industry transitions in digital media measurement and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Utilize your knowledge of data analytics and enterprise performance management to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.
  • Leverage expertise in the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Actively pursue growth within existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.

Required Skills

  • Proven success in sales leadership with substantial enterprise software experience.
