Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced salesperson to collaborate with clients in creating multimedia marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, successfully closing sales, and demonstrating superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, particularly in a multi-platform environment. A background in digital marketing solutions, events, and print B2B sales is essential. The role requires up to 30% travel for sales meetings and industry events, with a focus on the Midwest and West Coast regions.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Handle entire sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas.
  • Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospective key accounts.
  • Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects.
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
  • Attending special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.


Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record in closing sales through business development and superior negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills, especially in a multi-platform environment.
  • Print to Digital transformation experience is helpful.


Qualifications:

  • B2B Media experience required.
  • Experience in selling Lead Gen, CPL, Marketing Solutions, 1st party-verified data, Programmatic, audience extension, social media, market research, and traditional digital and print products.
  • Background in law enforcement is helpful.
  • Four-year degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B media advertising and integrated account sales


Special Job Dimensions: Build and maintain effective partnerships with other departments, including sales support, editorial, production, and marketing.


Work Environment: This is a 100% remote position. 25-30% travel depending on the trade show schedule for a given year. Some of those shows can start on a weekend. You must be able to work from the road as well.


We are excited to share the OTE for this position is $80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This OTE is made up of a target base salary range of $40,000 - $52,000 - $67,000 and commission target of $20,000. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
