Responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Support ATs Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures work space, supporting project managers with standards and guidelines
  • Manage and Improve the processes needed to support divestitures ensuring successful working relationships with buyers.
  • Operates at a strategic level in collaboration with Ascension senior leaders providing oversight and governance to ensure AT projects delivery against their expected outcomes of scope, schedule, cost and quality.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and anticipates conflicting needs and proactively resolves them.
  • Uses program and project metrics to assess progress and drive project implementation.
  • Designs reporting to drive visibility and awareness.
  • Understands divestiture business needs, drivers, and direction and adapts and evolves the strategy to meet those requirements.

Required Experience

  • Must have strong experience within Infrastructure and the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures work space - 7 years strongly preferred
  • Experience with process engineering as well as the vision to develop framework
  • Develops priorities based on organizational goals for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures
  • Promotes Good Working Relationships, both internally and with external stakeholders
  • Communicates Program Status Upward and to the Customers
  • Enforces Effective Change Control (technical and project) as defined by the organization
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal

Prefered Experience

  • Project management degree/diploma/certification will be an advantage
  • 7+ years in Program/ Project Management
  • 10 years relevant Technical and business experience
  • CAPM and/or PMP Certification
  • 10+ years Project management experience
  • Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management Experience

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
