We offer a variety of tactics including performance marketing (both online and offline), affiliate and performance-based public relations, and strategic planning.

The Rubix business model consists of wholly-owned in-house brands and software products, plus agency services that work together as a functional and multi-faceted team.

As the Performance Marketing Manager at Rubix, you’ll be at the center of driving results for our clients, leading paid digital campaigns, collaborating with a passionate team, and delivering data-driven insights to clients, including C-suite executives. This role is hands-on and client-facing, where you’ll actively contribute to both strategy and execution, ensuring that all campaigns align with the aggressive growth targets we set for our clients. You’ll work as part of a tight-knit team that’s always pushing for better results, and you’ll have direct support in managing campaigns while leading the charge for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Development: Build, execute, and continually refine paid media strategies that align with client goals, including SEM, paid social, display, and video campaigns. Create strategic roadmaps that outline current performance and next steps.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and find optimization opportunities to drive growth and improve ROAS.
  • Client Collaboration & Executive Reporting: Be the go-to person for clients, providing clear, actionable insights and strategies. Present campaign performance and recommendations directly to C-suite executives .
  • Creative Strategy: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other creative teams to develop high-impact ad assets. Your role will include leading the creative process to ensure we’re always testing and evolving.
  • Campaign Execution & Support: Oversee the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube. Collaborate with your team to ensure campaigns are set up for success .
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Lead by example and work side-by-side with your team members, supporting campaign management and making sure everyone is aligned on goals. You’ll foster a collaborative and open environment where ideas flow and results speak.
  • Budget Management: Help manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure we’re maximizing every dollar for client growth. You’ll be responsible for scaling campaigns efficiently to hit aggressive ROAS and revenue goals .
  • Test & Optimize Campaigns: Be a champion for testing, whether it’s A/B creative tests or new bidding strategies. You’ll continuously look for ways to improve performance through experimentation and innovation .

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing, with a focus on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Analytical Mindset: You’re skilled in data analysis with tools like Google Analytics and Excel. You know how to turn numbers into actionable insights that drive real results .
  • Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels .
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You know how to take complex data and explain it in a way that makes sense to clients and C-suite executives .
