Operations Training Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SIGINT Training Manager to lead our training programs and drive excellence in intelligence operations. As our SIGINT Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training programs that equip our analysts and technicians with the latest skills and knowledge in SIGINT operations. You Have:  

  • 3+ years of experience with instructional delivery, assessment methodologies, and curriculum development or management

  • Experience with responding to dynamic customer requirements

  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelors degree and 6+ years of experience with Signals Intelligence or 8+ years of experience with Signals Intelligence in lieu of a degree

 

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with training management software, nationally recognized learning management systems, or e-learning content and platforms 

  • Experience in accredited training programs serving military, technical, or academic audiences 

  • Knowledge of SIGINT requirements, technologies, methodologies, and best practices

  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences 

  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials 

  • Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
