The team you will be joining plays a critical role in conducting market research to identify prospective clients and collaborating with the sales solution team to develop valuable customer solutions, building and maintaining a strong network of contacts, and negotiating and closing deals to achieve targets.

About the Role
Lead the path in identifying bespoke solutions for national customers in B2B and B2C environments across refrigeration. Join a collaborative team that values camaraderie and works seamlessly together.
The role contributes towards all matters related to business development at a strategic customer level, which includes working closely with the broader team and multiple network business units and departments including Pricing, Operations, Information Technology and Customer Experience to design best in class solutions for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new refrigeration customers for Team Global Express, focusing on major revenue opportunities.
- Implement and monitor a customer relationship framework.
- Drive revenue growth, presenting proposals to potential customers.
- Develop relationships with key contacts for cross-selling opportunities.
- Creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new customers.
- Engaging with a Customer and leading C Suite discovery sessions to understand their business challenges, goals and requirements.
- Create innovative and scalable solutions that leverage TGE’s products or services to address the Customer’s needs.
- Onboarding new clients.
