Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm seeks a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team, with positions available at the associate and partner levels. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation cases in areas such as product liability, professional liability, and medical malpractice. The position is remote with occasional travel required within the U.S. for depositions, court hearings, and trials. The firm has offices in Green Bay and Madison and is open to remote attorneys based on geographic location.Duties:Manage complex civil litigation cases, including product liability, professional liability, and medical malpractice.Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.Conduct depositions and participate in court hearings and trials.Collaborate with legal teams to develop litigation strategies and case plans.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.Travel for depositions, hearings, and trials as required.Requirements:Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Wisconsin, or eligible to waive in upon acceptance.3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred, but not required.Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage a complex caseload independently and in collaboration with a team.Willingness to travel for litigation-related matters.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (required or eligibility to waive in).Skills:Proficiency in litigation case management and legal research tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Benefits:401(k) plan.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance.Paid time off.Flexible remote work options.
