Job Overview:

Trajector Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist Consultant who is interested in an alternative approach to healthcare. This part-time monthly contractor will operate in a remote environment with a flexible work schedule, focused on serving our veteran community. Trajector is growing our business by expanding our network of allied health professionals who review and sign Medical Opinions. Trajector is responsible for the creation of these Medical Opinions based on health records, a thorough nurse evaluation, and other screeners/documentation. Trajector has a secure and user-friendly interface that is used to transmit and receive these records and signatures.

Responsibilities:
  • Review clinical records to identify various aspects related to the scope of your practice guidelines.
  • Proofread and personally sign Medical Opinions (MO).
  • Respond to emails from staff.
  • Understand and maintain HIPAA compliance.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
  • Review Medical Opinions and sign upon agreement or return to Trajector with comments.
Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • PT degree with at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Licensed in any US state.
  • Veteran experience preferred.
  • Extensive clinical experience related to musculoskeletal injuries, functional impairment,
    as well as gait and balance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, Google based documents, CRM, and proprietary
    software applications.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Download 10 Upload.
