Position Description: 

PAR Retail is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating and nurturing relationships with key contacts at various companies. Your expertise in demand generation and driving leads into qualified opportunities will be a critical component of our success. You will interact with prospects daily, and success will gain you the experience and opportunity to grow your career in sales & marketing at PAR Retail.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Supporting the enterprise sales and marketing teams at PAR Retail, specializing in the Fuel and Convenience Vertical. 
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive sales support to the enterprise sales team, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborates closely with the marketing and sales team, assisting in the development and execution of demand generation strategies. 
  • Conducts market research and analysis to identify potential prospect contacts, leads and opportunities. 
  • Assists in lead generation by conducting targeted outreach, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. 
  • Manages all CRM company (account) and contact data for prospective customers, ensuring all data is clean and current on a regular basis and tagged appropriately for targeting / segmentation. 
  • Manages the sales pipeline, tracking and updating the progress of deals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for the sales team. 
  • Supports the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for new customers. 
  • Coordinates with various internal departments, such as marketing, product, delivery, and customer success, to ensure seamless handoff of new customers for implementation of solutions. 
  • Partners with Marketing to implement programmatic / automated communications cadences via CRM. 
  • Assists in capturing and monitoring sales performance metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to optimize sales strategies.

  • Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)
  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
