#754 - Android Developer

Job Opportunity available only to professionals located in Latin America.

Requirements:

• B2 English Level or Higher.
• +5 years of experience working with Android. Proficiency in Java is essential, but experience with Kotlin is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Android Software Development Kit (SDK) and Jetpack Compose.
• Proficient with Git for source control management.
• Familiarity with Firebase for data storage, authentication, and push notifications.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, or Mockito.
• Knowledge or experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions for automating the build and deployment processes.
• Experience with frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java/Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct regular code reviews.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance app features.
• Work with backend development teams to integrate with RESTful APIs and other services.
• Use version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and collaborate with team members.
• Work with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces using Android design guidelines.
