Job description

We are looking for an HR Assistant to provide essential support to our 'People Operations' department, handling key administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes.

  

As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that ensure the smooth execution of HR functions. You will work closely with the HR Manager to assist in recruitment processes, performance management, employee surveys, and more. Your role is vital to helping the HR department run efficiently, supporting the overall employee experience, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

   

These are your responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
 
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts and assisting with orientation activities.
 
  • Coordinate and assist in performance reviews and goal-setting processes by organizing meetings, sending reminders, and compiling performance feedback.
 
  • Assist in the preparation, distribution, and analysis of employee surveys and engagement initiatives.
 
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, events, and internal communications.
 
  • Be the first point of contact for employees with general HR-related questions and provide support for resolving basic queries.
 
  • Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed, and assist with the logistics.
 
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and help implement new procedures in coordination with the HR Manager.
 
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR Manager, helping with various HR-related tasks and projects.
