Job Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media posts, email newsletters, and websites.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s or client’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Schedule posts and track performance metrics.
4. SEO/SEM: Support the execution of SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and assist in running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns. Generate reports and suggest optimization strategies.
6. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including building email lists, designing templates, and tracking open and click-through rates.
7. Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
8. Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and deliver performance reports.
9. Website Updates: Assist in updating and managing website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
10. Paid Ads Support: Assist in managing paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms, ensuring budget optimization and campaign performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
2. Content Creation: Experience in creating compelling content for various digital platforms.
3. Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and content calendar management.
4. Basic SEO/SEM: Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, along with the ability to assist in running and optimizing PPC campaigns.
5. Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking and reporting.
6. Tools and Platforms: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
7. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal team collaboration.
8. Creative Thinking: Ability to contribute ideas for creative content and campaign strategies.
9. Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other marketing professionals.
10. Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, working with an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Experience in managing social media, SEO, email campaigns, and digital ad campaigns is required.
