Job description

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Admin to ensure smooth payroll processing and efficient HR administration, contributing to the success of our global operations.

  

As the Payroll & HR Admin, you will play a vital role in managing payroll processes and handling various administrative HR tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee records, administering payroll, maintaining documentation, and supporting the HR team with general administration. Your work will contribute to a seamless employee experience and support the overall HR and operational objectives.

        

These are your responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
 
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, payroll information, and employment documents.
 
  • Administer benefits and ensure accurate documentation of leave, holidays, and other entitlements.
 
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, agreements, and employee handbooks, ensuring that records are up to date and compliant.
 
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing and maintaining personnel files.
 
  • Handle requests and queries related to payroll and employee data from staff and management.
 
  • Support HR in the development and administration of policies and procedures.
 
  • Assist with compliance and reporting tasks, ensuring that the organization meets legal requirements in HR and payroll matters.
 
  • Monitor and maintain HR databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
 
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and relevant departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
 
  • Assist with employee performance tracking, appraisals, and training administration.
