About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tech Sales Recruiter to join our PeopleOps team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying top talent and a drive for achieving ambitious hiring goals, including filling multiple critical tech sales roles within a short period of time.

The ideal candidate

  • You have successfully sourced and placed top Account Executives, and BDRs with an unparalleled track record of deals won.
  • You speak the language of tech sales, and can seamlessly identify top talent.
  • You navigate candidate pools through your network, job boards, and events to build a strong, and diverse pool of candidates for our hiring managers.
  • You are up to speed on the latest tech sales state of the market, and your mission is to optimize recruiting operations to fill roles fast with stellar talent.

What You'll Do

Talent Identification and Sourcing:

  • Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract top Account Executives, and Business Development Representatives through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, networking, and referrals.
  • Utilize innovative search methods to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening And Evaluation

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

Candidate Engagement And Management

  • Manage the candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
  • Provide timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Participate in regular recruitment meetings and provide updates on hiring progress.
  • Work with PeopleOps and other internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Data Management And Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide weekly reports on recruitment metrics, including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

Market Intelligence

  • You bring knowledge on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to offer strategic insights.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the tech sales domain.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting high-volume hiring targets and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), like Rippling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

For this role, the estimated hourly total salary ranges are below. The actual annual salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The listed range below is a guideline, and the hourly total salary range for this role may be modified. Transcend offers attractive health benefits, equity, and perks in addition to cash compensation.
