Position Summary:

The Program Specialist, Digital Health Platforms, will support the rollout and implementation of new digital health solutions, specifically the Lodus and Virtual Care platforms. This role will onboard affiliate care centers to the digital health platforms by troubleshooting care center process and operational needs in solutioning platform configuration, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration between the Unified Women's Healthcare MSO and affiliated care centers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for improving women's healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Onboarding and Configuration:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new care centers to the Lodus and Virtual Care platforms.
    • Configure platform settings to align with the operational needs of care centers.
    • Conduct initial platform setup, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between MSO, care centers, and IT product team.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure successful platform adoption and utilization.
    • Gather and document feedback from care centers to inform platform enhancements and updates.
  • Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for care center staff on the use of Lodus and Virtual Care platforms.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to care center staff to address any issues or questions.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for platform rollout initiatives.
    • Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to leadership.
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation of digital health platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Analyze platform usage data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with IT to develop and implement platform enhancements.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital health to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a health care organization with broad industry knowledge of patient care management, community-based physician practice management, or managed care.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Travel required: 50%

Compensation Minimum

USD $70,000.00/Yr.

Compensation Maximum

USD $85,000.00/Yr.
