Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise financial and client records within our CRM system.
  • Serve as a communication liaison, managing messages, notes, and client interactions effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments for team members.
  • Organize and execute client appreciation events throughout the year.
  • Craft engaging newsletters and social media content to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate on brand messaging and ensure aesthetic consistency across all platforms.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with clients, focusing on a personalized experience.
  • Manage office tasks, including organizing records and procuring necessary equipment.
  • Assist agents in showing properties and conducting open houses as needed.
  • Take ownership of various projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
