Job Overview

We invite you to become a vital member of our expanding team as a Mortgage Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, all while contributing to a culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and effective first-level support to customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with knowledgeable mortgage specialists to ensure customers receive accurate information and support.
  • Utilize our technology systems to efficiently track and document problem resolutions.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive customer records and account information to facilitate seamless service.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer concerns by clarifying issues, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and regulatory requirements, including monitoring for unusual activities and reporting as necessary.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the team.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant customer service experience, ideally in a call center or mortgage banking setting.
