In this remote role, you will provide essential support during the loan application process while ensuring borrowers remain informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with borrowers through friendly and supportive communication.
  • Conduct welcome calls and provide ongoing updates to borrowers throughout the loan approval process.
  • Accurately input data into the Loan Origination System (LOS) based on received documentation.
  • Manage a daily pipeline of approved loans, typically handling 70-80 loans.
  • Review borrower documentation for completeness and ensure precise data entry into the LOS.
  • Verify the borrower's employer through third-party validation.
  • Assess credit profiles for eligibility and completeness.
  • Monitor the receipt of necessary documents from borrowers and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all conditions are satisfied for each file.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the borrowing process.

  • 3-5 years of experience in mortgage processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of managing a high-volume pipeline while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proficient multitasking abilities and adaptability to varied job functions.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive demeanor.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
