Pay: $25-$40 an hour depending on experience
Location: Fully Remote – Company based out of Goleta, CA
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm
Duration: TEMP – Until Spring/Summer 2025
Start: Late October/Early November
Job Duties:
- Effectively manage project timeline. Ensures that project plan (activities and task) is kept up to date, with clear owners. Provides visibility to critical path, and blockers.
- Effectively manage all project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. This includes anticipating and making trade-offs, balancing the business needs versus constraints.
- Generates weekly status report and support creation of content for leadership presentations and updates.
- Supports scheduling and calendarizing meetings to make requests, ask for progress, ensure timelines are met.
- Supports the development of a SharePoint HUB.
- Supports onboarding of and introductions from cross-functional groups (e.g. Workday HRIS, Talent Management, etc.) who support the program at different phases.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and SharePoint
- Experience managing Compensation, HR, and/or Org Design Transformation
- Project related qualification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 5+ years’ experience as a project manager, delivering global enterprise projects using traditional project management methodologies and frameworks such as Waterfall.
