Job description

The Customer Experience Representative - Bilingual French is responsible for customer service support regarding processing of sales orders, accurate quotes, and order configuration. Under direct supervision, ensures customer satisfaction through assisting inside sales personnel in determining proper product configuration and custom modifications.

Our Customer Experience department in Montreal, Québec, Canada is now looking for a Customer Experience Representative - Bilingual French.

Key Tasks

  • Prepares quotes and confirms via email with CEM sign-off.
  • Processes orders; reviews inbound quotes and orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper configuration.
  • Enters quotes and orders into BVE.
  • Participates in identification and resolution of potential ordering problems; follows up Warehouse to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Adjusts their own errors and sends them to CEM for approval.
  • Corresponds with sales reps for price quotations; maintains contact with sales rep, dealers and suppliers regarding current status of orders.
  • Takes sales calls from dealers, suppliers, Permobil sales representatives and end-users.
  • Ensures that special buying programs are followed as intended by senior sales/marketing personnel.
  • Assists customers with locating and/or ordering products.
  • Provides back-up support for other CSRs who may be on a leave of absence (e.g. holidays).

Your Background

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; post high school education is beneficial
  • College or university degree an absolute plus
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Support
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Bilingual French/English required.
  • Intermediate computer skills using typical business applications
  • One to two years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, preferably in a high volume call center environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
