Dillon’s Information Technology group is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.

 

This position is available at our London office.

Responsibilities:

What your day will look like

 

IT Support (94%)

  • Provide information technology support across the organization as part of our HelpDesk team
  • Contribution to all aspects of desktop, laptop, mobile device and peripheral usage
  • Provide support to help requests from end users via both telephone and email in a courteous manner
  • Assistance with equipment set up and maintenance, including hardware and software
  • Contribution to record, track and document help desk request problem-solving process, including all actions taken to final resolution
  • Business travel to client locations and/or other Dillon offices for the purposes of executing your responsibilities, internal/external client relationship development, opportunity/project research, and project delivery

Learning and Development (6%)

 

  1. Commit to self-development and ongoing learning and professional development
  2. Contribute to Dillon’s corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees
Qualifications:

What will you need to succeed

  • A degree or diploma in computer science or related program
  • Atleast one year of relevant work experience is required. However, new graduates will also be considered
Experience:
  • Proficient in Active Directory administration and Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Proficient with a support management tool
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy and quality
  • Strong customer service, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workload demands
  • Preference will be given to those with a passion for service excellence
  • Experience in a professional information technology setting is considered an asset
