Your Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our Life Science business. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service and support.


Here's a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:

  • Installation & Commissioning: Expertly install and commission instrumentation, predominately lab water purification systems at various client sites, ensuring optimal performance from day one.
  • Maintenance & Servicing: Perform regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems running smoothly, preventing downtime, and ensuring reliability.
  • Repairs: Diagnose and repair any issues with precision and speed, minimizing disruptions for our clients
  • Validation: Validate and calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support and training to customers, empowering them to utilise our systems to their full potential.
  • Travel: Enjoy a dynamic role with frequent travel to diverse locations, offering new challenges and experiences every day. This territory covers Oxfordshire & will suit someone within a ~30 minute commute from Oxford.


Who you are:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in engineering (Mechanical and/or Electrical)
  • Problem Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Customer focus: Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work environments.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience: Previous field service or lab equipment experience is beneficial, but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided
