Tax Senior (Remote)

A successful start-up firm, located in New Hampshire, is actively seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join their team! The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting or tax experience within a financial services company. This is a remote position (some yearly travel required) that is offering a strong compensation package and room for growth and development. If you’re interested, please keep reading.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of individual and business tax returns
• Ensuring that returns are compliant with tax laws and regulations
• Responsible for market research and staying up-to-date on tax law changes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensuring that reports, such as financial statements, are prepared accurately
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting/tax experience within the financial services realm
• Experience working with small business, individual or high-net-worth tax preferred
• CPA preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
