Job description

We are looking for a remote talented Senior Instructional Designer to join our team.

You will be responsible for training and preparing instruction design deliverables and content for client 'Train the Trainers' programs. Additionally, you will play a vital role in coaching, guiding, and mentoring client stakeholders on Salesforce as they transition to this new system.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong experience in Learning Experience Design with a focus on training and preparing instructional design deliverables
Ability to coach, guide, and mentor client stakeholders, particularly in the context of introducing and implementing Salesforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
B2+ English level

Nice to have

Previous experience in Salesforce is a bonus, but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to Salesforce as part of the role
