In-Field Project Manager – Respiratory Division







POSITION OVERVIEW





As the Regional Project Manager (In-Field Marketing) for the Respiratory division, you will play a critical role in our marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Team Leader. This position offers the opportunity to work on an established, dynamic brand that has undergone significant transformation in recent years, as well as participate in the exciting launch of a new brand within the respiratory therapeutic area.





In this role, you will lead the execution of various marketing projects, adapt global materials for local markets, and contribute to the development of multichannel campaigns. You will engage in substantial cross-functional collaboration, requiring you to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).





You will be part of a national and regional cross-functional brand team, sharing best practices with peers and collaborating closely with other functional teams. This role also includes leadership opportunities across related projects, managing large face-to-face congresses, and contributing to co-creation initiatives with the global team.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES






  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Translate and implement customer-centric brand strategies and integrated marketing plans to achieve business objectives in the assigned territory

  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (Sales Representatives, District Managers, KAMs, MSLs) to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience

  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Identify customer needs and translate them into innovative, cross-functional projects that foster valuable partnerships and address customer priorities

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment and synergy between national strategies and specific regional priorities, while providing insights into local customer needs to inform the national team

  • Market Analysis: Understand the customer journey in real-world settings and collaborate with the franchise team to unlock the full market potential

  • Value-Added Solutions: Propose and execute customer-focused initiatives by working closely with stakeholders, KOLs, and leveraging insights from customer feedback, data, and technology platforms

  • Local Insights: Lead efforts to gather and analyse local market intelligence (customers and competitors) to guide office-based teams and inspire innovative projects for clients

  • KOL Engagement: Partner with brand managers and the medical team to maintain and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your designated territory

  • Project Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated project plans, ensuring optimal investments and activities for both local and national respiratory brands

  • New Product Launches: Support the development and execution of launch strategies for new products within your region

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate brand performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within your assigned region to ensure continuous improvement





KEY REQUIREMENTS






  • Project management experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, or a similar context

  • Strong Collaboration Skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders, including KOLs

  • Marketing Expertise in executing customer-focused brand strategies and multichannel campaigns

  • Analytical Ability to gather and use local market insights for informed decisions

  • Leadership Skills to manage complex projects

  • Effective Communication with regional/national teams and external partners

  • Willingness to travel frequently (at least 50%) within the designated are

  • Resident in Tuscany or Piedmont, or willing to relocate
