A leading pharmaceutical organisation based in Buckinghamshire currently going through a period of sustained growth.

Your new role

As the Meetings and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for streamlining and carrying out back-office activities to support the sales teams and improve the productivity of the field force. You will work closely with the managerial team and UK Sales Director to manage promotional material approvals, DocuSign contracting and conflict of interest forms, national meeting planning and organisation, compliance with the ABPI code of practice, and more.

What You'll Need To Succeed

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the Google platform. A background in the pharmaceutical industry is essential. Experience using Veeva Promo Mats and Docusign is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. You should also possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, great verbal and written communication skills, good customer service skills, and the ability to work in a high-energy demanding business environment.
