Job Description

  • Manage prodution planning to ensure seamless supply of materials
  • Forecast production and supply planning and adjust inventory levels accordingly
  • Work closely with production and supply chain teams to optimise processes
  • Lead supply chain projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Supply Planner Should Have

  • A degree in supply chain management, business or a related field
  • Experience in a FMCG industry or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and supply planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
