Job description

We are looking for a Middle Data Scientist who possesses expertise in classical Machine Learning and is passionate about exploring new technological stacks such as NLP (Natural Language Processing), CV (Computer Vision), Time Series, MLE/MLOps (Machine Learning Engineering) and Recommendation Systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with EPAM's clients and internal teams to implement AI/ML-driven solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value to our clients
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

Requirements

At least 3+ years of production experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Proficiency in Python ecosystem and data science libraries (pandas, sklearn, NumPy)
Novice or intermediate knowledge of at least one domain from the list: Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Vision, Time Series, Recommendation Systems
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
B2+ English, both verbal and written

Nice to have

Familiarity with at least one Cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Expertise in Deep Learning
Willingness to learn new technological stacks
