We are hiring for our client: leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced composite materials





Position: Sales Manager – EMEA – Pre Preg (Carbon & Glass) – Composites, you will work closely with the manufacturing sites to deliver a complete solution to the dedicated industrial sectors.



Location: remote working mode, can be in Germany, France, Italy, Spain





The emphasis will be on Prepreg business development in identified markets where implementation of solutions is required.



To grow business with market leading range of composite prepreg materials across European Region.



The successful candidate will be required to quickly understand the full portfolio, while detailing a strategic route to market for the prepreg range.





Main Missions and Responsibilities




  • ·To manage and develop current accounts to exceed customer expectations in terms of service and support, optimise the sales potential and control debt management.

  • To lead negotiation and development to ensure the timely closure of prospective sales, optimising the business potential and revenue.

  • To manage distribution network

  • Identify and onboard new customers from Marine & Industrial markets.

  • Communicate with the Head of Sales EMEA all relevant opportunities by customer by material type.

  • Own and lead a clear business development plan for each customer to meet all expectations for timely development of the entire sales process.

  • Forecast and own the demand to include evaluated growth by potential customers. To formulate, develop and achieve the annual sales budget for specific region

  • Gather and feedback to the organization important market information on customer, competitor plans and activities to enable important choices for our resource allocation to be made profitably

  • Work across the Business development sector to secure and transition accounts between regional managers, ensuring seamless transitions for customers.





Qualification requirement:




  • Bachelor’s or Master’s/ Engineer degree, Materials sciences/ Composites, or Educated to a professional level with continuous development.

  • 5-7 years’ experience with Previous B2B Sales experience ideally Composite Materials environment with knowledge and experience of selling Prepreg products-Carbone Glass

  • Strong negotiation skills, contracts, pricing, etc., with major customers.

  • Results driven, proactive, rigorous and good decision maker.

  • Able to build strong relationships at customers with both commercial and technical people at all levels

  • Ability to co-ordinate & be part of teams of commercial,

  • An excellent communicator with fluent English with additional European languages being an advantage.

  • Availability to travel in all EU.
