Senior Golang Software Engineer

They provide a comprehensive range of digitally enabled products and services to meet property finance, business and commercial banking, private banking, and personal savings needs.

IF YOU ARE

• Strong Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms with a focus on microservices
• Knowledgeable of common Goroutine and channel patterns, and Go concurrency model
• Experienced with developing secure microservices and understanding security best practices
• Familiar with code versioning tools, such as Git
• Skilled with Docker and Kubernetes with an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies
• Accustomed to cloud technologies ( GCP, AWS, or Azure) as a plus
• Confident in database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (as an advantage)
• A practitioner of microservices architecture and RESTful/GRPC APIs (as a perk)
• Familiar with front-end technologies and platforms, such as Flutter, ReactJS, or HTML (nice to have)

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Golang code
• Develop highly secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant microservices
• Implement security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate microservices with other software systems and the frontend teams
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various systems resources
• Engage in all phases of software development, from concept to deployment and maintenance
• Write well-documented, clean, and testable code and unit and automated testing
