Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE) as the subdivision of SoftServe, is a team of highly professional folks, with the primary focus on technology covering software architecture, startups, and enterprise technologies.

Our comprehensive solution provides exceptional visibility of analyzed security risks, complies with international standards, helps to pass the compliance certification audits, and gives instructions to achieve the desired level of data protection. As a part of SoftServe Cybersecurity team you will provide reliable security solutions identifying the security gaps and guiding clients through each step of the improvement process. Being experts in a range of technologies, we find the approach fitting different clients’ needs best in terms of security. You will be working with experts in application security, security engineering and governance risk and compliance. Cybersecurity team members are located in Poland, Ukraine, Spain and other European countries.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced at predominant cloud providers (Azure, GCP)
• An expert in virtualization, containers, service-mesh and enterprise service business
• Skilled in understanding of key differences between most popular cloud provider solutions and cloud orchestration tools (e.g. Azure, GCP, Vmware, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on premise-to-cloud migration deployments, with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes (SSDLC data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
• Able to identify and drive remediation of public and hybrid cloud risks
• Skilled in designing, implementing and delivering security for cloud native, distributed computing and architectural solutions with a principle of 'Secure by Design'
• Experienced in performing threat modeling, generating security architectural requirements to software development and product teams
• An expert with 3+ years of full-time dedicated experience leading cloud security focused roles on delivering security on cloud native, distributed architectural solutions in complex environments
• A specialist with 2+ years of experience in defining security standards and reference architectures used to guide technical resources in secure system implementation and configuration for enterprise cloud systems and consumption of public cloud
• Fluent in English (Upper-intermediate level) and comfortable in a multicultural environment
• Exceptional in both verbal and written communication, capable of leading and influencing virtual teams
• Open to occasional business trips
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Develop Cloud Service Design Patterns/Blueprints for the enterprise
• Create patterns required for each Cloud Service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and FaaS) the client subscribes to
• Develop the security level applied to the cloud service (explaining how the bank secures that service in line with its policies)
• Work on diagrams/schemes, and requisite IaC/PaC components which in turn will be consumed in pipelines/DevOps processes and CSPM tools
• Ensure that the solution is deployed and governed as per the pattern
• Design technical security measures to protect highly sensitive workloads/applications
