Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various civil defense litigation matters, including personal injury and commercial disputes.
• Oversee a diverse caseload from initial stages through to trial.
• Draft essential legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research to inform strategic litigation decisions.
• Engage in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and all relevant parties.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations.
• Address the needs and concerns of clients and attorneys proactively.
  
  

Required Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing (California or Nevada).
• A minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, particularly in insurance, personal injury, or commercial law.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
