Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the management of intricate HCP 1:1 marketing programs, ensuring precise execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of specific therapeutic areas to become a brand authority.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse departments and agencies to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in 1:1 marketing and email communications.
  • Communicate project progress, expectations, and updates clearly to all stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of experience in database marketing, CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, direct mail, and/or 1:1 marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client service, account management, or response management.
  • Mastery of omnichannel marketing with proficiency in managing campaigns across various platforms, including field, email, SMS, web, social media, direct mail, and paid media.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering multiple projects on time.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to excel in a remote work environment.
