Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Human Resource (HR) Administrative Assistant to provide critical support for our HR functions through a variety of essential administrative activities. This position demands a meticulous individual who excels at adhering to established workflows and procedures. You will be tasked with utilizing templates and guidelines to effectively communicate with employees and candidates regarding day-to-day employment processes. Your attention to detail and promptness will be instrumental in delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for employee intake processes by setting up workflow checklists, processing background checks, and organizing employee intake documentation.
  • Facilitate the employee exit process by creating workflow checklists and managing exit documentation.
  • Support training activities by monitoring training deadlines, communicating with employees about training requirements, and maintaining accurate records of training certifications.
  • Assist in the collection and input of data for employee surveys and performance reviews to ensure timely reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, including the shipment of materials and supplies.
  • Engage in general administrative tasks and assist with cyclical projects as required.
  • Generate reports and prepare data for departmental operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel, email, Slack, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong capability to follow established checklists and workflows meticulously.
  • Proficiency in maintaining up-to-date electronic files and accurately entering data across various systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality for sensitive information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
