Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to ensure the availability of materials and services necessary for delivering clean energy solutions throughout the United States.
  • Cultivate robust, mutually advantageous partnerships with both established and emerging suppliers across the globe.
  • Lead and inspire a talented team of supply chain professionals, offering guidance and mentorship in both domestic and international contexts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, guaranteeing that our procurement strategies remain innovative and resilient against future challenges.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks, ranging from supply chain disruptions to fluctuations in global markets.
  • Utilize data analysis to recognize trends and provide strategic recommendations aimed at optimizing procurement efforts and driving overall growth.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels, including interactions with C-Suite executives.

Required Skills

  • Over 12 years of leadership experience, demonstrating a successful history in supply chain and procurement management.
  • Expertise in renewable energy with a minimum of 10 years in a strategic leadership capacity within solar, storage development, IPP, or EPC sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain strong international relationships within the solar and storage procurement landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at every level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of procurement best practices, solar manufacturing capabilities, and global market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and deliver strategic insights.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for presenting to a global audience.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
