Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential in enhancing our delivery operations through effective data analysis and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Collect, assess, and maintain logistics data for designated vendors with precision and timeliness.
Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges related to vendor and local deliveries, ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborative Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle delivery challenges and make necessary schedule updates.
Data Entry Proficiency: Accurately input and refresh vendor information, aligning external item-level data with our internal classifications.

Required Skills

Proven experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in data entry and logistics.
Advanced Excel capabilities; familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
A proactive work ethic with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration.
Background in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
