Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential in enhancing our delivery operations through effective data analysis and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collect, assess, and maintain logistics data for designated vendors with precision and timeliness.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges related to vendor and local deliveries, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborative Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle delivery challenges and make necessary schedule updates.
  • Data Entry Proficiency: Accurately input and refresh vendor information, aligning external item-level data with our internal classifications.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in data entry and logistics.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
  • A proactive work ethic with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Background in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
