Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Supply Chain Expert: Utilize data analysis to work closely with engineering teams to assess supply requirements for various projects.
  • Inventory Management Specialist: Determine ideal material and inventory levels to fulfill demand effectively while keeping costs in check.
  • Order Tracking Authority: Monitor purchase orders, supplier lead times, and inventory locations to guarantee timely arrivals.
  • Data and Insights Developer: Create and execute tools and reports that enhance operational efficiency and visibility within the supply chain.
  • Proactive Problem Identifier: Anticipate potential disruptions and formulate effective solutions ahead of time.
  • Demand Management Advisor: Contribute to strategies for navigating demand fluctuations.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work alongside Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure the punctual delivery of raw materials.
  • Multi-Tasking Professional: Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain engineering, preferably in a complex or large-scale manufacturing context.
  • Proficiency in inventory management platforms such as SAP/IBP (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management practices, along with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
  • Familiarity with demand planning is an advantage, though a willingness to learn is equally valued.
