This fully remote position allows you to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring diverse populations receive the tailored care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment to address each patient’s unique needs.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as necessary, utilizing virtual platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and provide appropriate referrals and intervention strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational standards.

Required Skills

  • Current LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Washington State.
  • Proven experience of at least one year in psychotherapy grounded in evidence-based methodologies.
  • Familiarity with documentation and treatment planning within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Proficient access to necessary technology, including a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a secure, quiet workspace.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches in psychotherapy.
  • Willingness to pursue additional state licensures as needed to expand your professional practice.
