Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Healthcare Recruiter, where you will be integral to our mission of connecting talented professionals with fulfilling careers in the healthcare sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and recruit qualified candidates for designated job orders, adhering to established procedures to ensure successful placements.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of applicants, including thorough screening and interview scheduling, while collaborating with our Credentialing Coordinator to verify employment references and background information.
  • Engage in high-volume outreach, making 80 to 100 calls daily to establish connections with potential candidates through structured communication.
  • Cultivate and enhance your personal brand across social media platforms, demonstrating your passion and knowledge of recruitment.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, equipping them with the confidence and insights needed for success.
  • Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate tracking of applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations.
  • Negotiate compensation packages to create mutually beneficial agreements for both candidates and clients.
  • Represent our organization at career fairs and maintain ongoing communication with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in PC systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Adept at organizing files in both physical and digital formats.
  • Understanding of social media trends for effective candidate sourcing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media is required.
