Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organization’s financial accounts and assets.
  • Lead the accounting team, including management of an offshore team.
  • Produce precise financial statements in alignment with GAAP and internal regulations.
  • Analyze financial accounting data, providing assistance during audits as required.
  • Establish financial systems for newly formed business units and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with leadership throughout the annual budgeting process.
  • Support the preparation of adjusting and closing journal entries.
  • Validate financial reports and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Past management experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work onsite in Downtown Dallas four days a week.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
  • A CPA license is mandatory.
