Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user stories and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions to ensure all requirements are testable.
Identify potential issues in business processes and customizations within the Salesforce platform.
Conduct business process reviews for requirements gathering and documentation.
Create and manage test plans and test cases; document and report defects clearly.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
Conduct various testing methods, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Communicate continuously with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure application quality.
Report any risks or issues that may impact application quality.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Public Sector Solutions is must.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools.
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
