Job description

We are seeking a talented Front End Developer to join our tech recruitment platform team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating responsive and user-friendly web applications that enhance user experience and engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for optimizing front-end performance, including efficient loading, rendering, and responsiveness.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify bugs and performance issues, implementing fixes as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and system architecture for future reference.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS or LESS) and build tools (e.g., Webpack or Gulp).
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python) is a plus but not mandatory.
