Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative in the vibrant fashion sector, based in beautiful Greece! Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to fashion products and services efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and product offerings to provide accurate assistance.
  • Document customer interactions to analyze feedback and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest fashion developments and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the fashion industry, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A positive and professional demeanor that fosters strong client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with a generous relocation package provided.
